Amber Specialty Pharmacy recently launched an online web portal for patients and caregivers, making it easier than ever to manage prescriptions online.
The online patient portal launched in early 2018 and has become popular with patients who want to manage their prescriptions on-the-go. With an Amber Specialty Pharmacy portal account, patients can:
Refill a prescription. Now you can simply create an account, log on and refill medications. Don’t worry though, if you’d rather talk to our wonderful team over the phone, you can give us a call anytime.
View active prescriptions. The online portal makes it easy for patients and caregivers to see which prescriptions are active.
Check an order status or track an order. Logging on to the patient portal provides quick insight on any active orders. You can also track the shipping of your prescriptions to see precisely when they will arrive.
Confirm delivery. The portal makes it easy to verify you received your prescription in the mail.
Chat directly with the Amber Specialty Pharmacy team. Our team loves talking to patients on the phone, but we know it’s not always convenient. If you have a question, you can talk to us via online chat using the patient portal.
Check an account balance. Not sure how much is left on your account? Logging on to the patient portal makes it easy to check your balance.
Edit contact information. Change how Amber Specialty Pharmacy contacts you or update your personal contact information.
Are you interested in using the patient portal? Signing up for an account is easy. Simply visit my.amberpharmacy.com and click “Create a Patient Account.” To create your account, you must be a current Amber Specialty Pharmacy patient. You also need to be at least 13-years-old and have access to your Amber Specialty Pharmacy medical record number (MRN).
